(Operation)
1. Put mold cup into the machine, and close the pressure handle(Adjust to proper pressure). Plug in and switch on the power( red), and the indicating light will be on. Note: Complete machine must have suitable and fixed protective earth wire!
2. Adjusting methods of temperature and time are as the following:
Temperature Setting: Press SET button once, and the indicating light of SV window will be on. Press “+”or “-“button to set temperature. After the completion of setting, press SET and return to the interface.
Time Setting: Press ST Button and the indicating light of SV window will be on. Press “+”or “-“button to set temperature. After the completion of setting, press ST and return to the interface.
Notes: Setting range of original temperature is 0-400°C,and max time setting range is 1-200s. Default temperature is 180 °C and default time is 10s.
3. When the temperature gets to the set value, the machine will be on constant temperature condition.
4. Take out mold cup, and put porcelain mug packed with picture into the machine (The size of the picture packing the mug shall be large enough to cover most area of the mug surface, in order to prevent singeing part and impress on the surface. Close the pressure handle. Note: The pressure shall not be too large, or it will cause deformation of the pressure handle. When covering the picture on the mug, please cut the picture with the same size of the mug first, then cover it on the wall of the mug and adhere it with adhesive tape (which is the smaller the better). If the picture is small on itself, another piece of paper shall be covered on it to prevent the wall is directly connected with stamping cushion.
5. When the time is up, the buzzer will be on. Open the pressure handle, and take out of the mug. (Dip the mug into cold water to prevent spreading of the oil ink) Wipe dry the mug. Note: Mold cup must be put into this kind of machine when it is left unused and the pressure handle must be closed to protect the stamping cushion.
Adjustment
Pressure: Adjust the roof bar of the pressure handle to increase or decrease pressure
Time: Adjust the knob of the timer on the left of the machine to adjust to proper time(0-30s)
Temperature: Adjust the knob on the right of the machine to adjust to proper temperature(180°C-200°C).
