Summary

This kind of machine can stamp multi-color patterns and characters of sublimation type and solvents type printing ink on cotton, fiber, chemical fiber, nylon and other types fabric, and also can make heat transfer treatment to flock transfer paper and foaming printing process and adhere usage for garments line and cloth in low temperature low pressure, such as children's garments and shoes and hats etc. It can also be used to iron out and finalize the design of scarves, hats and other daily supplies products.

 

Operation Notice

1. Check whether the plug of stamping head is connected securely with the gang socket of control cabinet.

2. Plug in the power and switch on the power switch; (Rated voltage of this kind of machine is 110V/220V and max output power is 1800W).

3. Operation procedure set: (humidity of this kind of equipment is displayed as degree Celsius)

Temperature Setting: Press SET button once, and the indicating light of SV window will be on. Press “+”or “-“button to set temperature. After the completion of setting, press SET and return to the interface.

Time Setting: Press ST Button and the indicating light of SV window will be on. Press “+”or “-“button to set temperature. After the completion of setting, press ST and return to the interface.

Notes: Setting range of original temperature is 0-400°C,and max time setting range is 1-200s. Default temperature is 180 °C and default time is 10s.

Important Application:

1. Check whether approval voltage is coincident with voltage from power grid firstly before using, and whether it is connected with the earth safely.

2. When changing the heat generating components of the stamping, the machine must be shut down and power plug must be pulled out. When changing stamping connectors still under high temperature, please wear heat protective gloves.

3. Long time air burning shall be avoided to heat generating components during using process. If the power is not cut off, please locate one special stamping like article for air burning prevention (Rejected product will be fine and it can be used repeatedly. Attention to the sharp parts of the stamping article to damage other heat generating components.

4. Body shall be avoided to contact the heat generating components in the using process to prevent burn. Meanwhile, body shall be avoided to touch pressure spring to prevent the body from hurting;

5. When the handlebar is pressed down and if it is felt that the pressure is too huge to press down, please adjust the adjusting handle to raise the head of the machine to reduce decrement of pressure spring, or it will damage the mechanical strength of the machine.

6. When the machine head is going up and down, the machine head locking knob shall be unscrewed. Furthermore, when it is going down to the maximum position, obvious resistance will be felt on the up and down adjusting handle wheel, then, the operation shall be stopped;

7. When the head is locked, the machine head locking knob shall not be screwed too tight, and resistance is felt will be fine;

8. The bakeware cushion is prohibited to bake other articles, and it is only used to stamp porcelain plates;

9, Juveniles are not allowed to touch the equipment without others guardianship in order not to cause unnecessary accidents.
